We want you to love your by charlotte pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and meet our hygiene standards for jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded box and protective pouch to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
